Reflecting on 45 years of non-stop smoking grills, our barbeque menus are our pièce de résistance. Your guests can feast on mesquite-smoked goodness, including brisket, pork ribs, Czech
sausage, jalapeño pork sausage, ham, turkey breast, and chicken.
Our roasts and grills are also a feast for the eyes. We guarantee your guests will love seeing meat carved before them and served on their plates with delicious homemade Southern sides and trimmings.
Tex-Mex
For those who want a bit more color on their palettes, you can go for our Tex-Mex menus. They feature homemade flour tortillas, mesquite-grilled beef, chicken, Mexican rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, and salsa!
Land and Sea
You might not know your corporate guests’ specific preferences, but don’t worry—our ‘Land and Sea’ menus have you covered.
These menus are stacked with mesquite-smoked beef and a choice of grilled shrimp or fried oysters. Oh, and did we mention the desserts (included in all our full-service menus)?
